Hello Nelson,
Just to be clear… if we have Ronnie that is an additional guide? So the
original quote is for just a driver and if we have Ronnie we are paying for
another guide?
Sorry just want to make sure I understand the bottom line fully! So what
would the balance be?

Thank you again for your patience while we finalized our plans. We are very
excited for this trip and are still planning to book with your company.

I just wanted to clarify one thing so that I fully understand what we are
signing up for. I may be misunderstanding, but it sounded like there would
be an additional charge of $200 per day if we specifically requested Ronnie
as our guide.

We originally asked about Ronnie because our Airbnb host spoke very highly
of him, but I do not think the additional $200 per day is within our
budget. I just wanted to make sure I understand correctly — if we do not
add the extra charge for Ronnie, will we still have a guide/driver included
with us throughout the trip? Or is the additional fee related to having a
second guide?

I’m so sorry if I am misunderstanding how it works. I just want to be clear
on exactly what is included.

Hi Nelson,

Okay, I think I understand now. Please go ahead and send us the invoice,
and we will put down the 30% deposit you requested.

I think we will skip trying for Ronnie, just because I probably need to
avoid the extra expense. But you’re confident we will still have a great
guide who is enthusiastic and enjoys being with kids? If so, we should be
good!

Also, just a reminder that we are cutting the trip one day shorter than my
original proposed itinerary.
