My friend and I are planning a trip to Kenya and are very interested in your safari services. We would like to request a detailed proposal for a 7-day safari based on the following details:
1. Schedule and Logistics:
Arrival: We will arrive at Nairobi Airport (NBO) at 6:30 AM on May 9th.
Departure: Our return flight departs from Nairobi at 3:50 PM on May 15th.
Request: We are looking for a 7-day itinerary. On the final day (May 15th), we would appreciate being dropped off at the airport after breakfast or lunch in time for our flight.
2. Tour Preferences: We are interested in a private tour. For transportation during the safari, we would specifically like to request a 4x4 vehicle with a pop-up roof.
3. Documentation: Could you please provide us with a detailed itinerary and your insurance policy? If possible, please send these documents in PDF format for our review.
4. Accommodation Flexibility: We would also like to know about your policy regarding hotel changes. If we wish to swap any of the hotels in your standard package for different ones, would you be able to assist us with those reservations?
In such cases, would we only need to pay the price difference?
Additionally, would your team still provide pick-up and drop-off services at the newly selected hotels?
