My group of 4 adults is planning an 10-day wildlife safari in Kenya and Tanzania from April 26 to May 5, 2026, and we are seeking a detailed quotation from your company for a private, guided tour based on the itinerary below.

Flights:
Arrival: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on April 26th at 06:10.
Departure: Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport on May 5th at 07:00.
Proposed Itinerary Overview:
Day 1–2: Nairobi → Amboseli National Park (2 nights, Airport pick-up)
Day 3: Amboseli → Arusha (1 night,via Namanga border)
Day 4–6: Arusha → Serengeti National Park (3 nights)
Day 7: Serengeti → Ngorongoro Crater (1 night on the rim)
Day 8: Ngorongoro Crater Safari → Return to Arusha (1 night)
Day 9: Arusha → Nairobi(1 night)
Day 10 (May 5): Depart from Nairobi
✈️ Key Preferences:
Accommodations:
Staying within parks/conservation areas to minimize travel time is preferred
In Amboseli , we are inclined towards staying at Ol Tukai lodge or Kibo Safari Camp.
In Arusha, mid-range hotels or equivalent.
In Serengeti , mid-to-upscale lodges or permanent tented camps inside or near park gates.
In Ngorongoro , we are inclined towards staying at Ngorongoro Serena Safari Lodge.
In Nairobi, mid-range hotel or equivalent,close to the airport.
We prefer accommodations that are all-inclusive with three meals a day.
Transportation:
Transport: Private 4×4 Land Cruiser with pop-up roof.
Airport pick-up and drop-off service included.
Flights: We would like to include scheduled light aircraft flights between Arusha → Serengeti and Arusha →Nairobi to optimize time and comfort.
Guide:
Please provide us with a guide who has many years of experience in Kenyan safaris, one who can quickly locate animals and help us find some special scenes, such as predation. It would also be great if they could share stories about the animals. We are willing to offer above-standard tips for satisfactory safari experiences.
Special Requests:
Assistance with border crossing.
We are interested in experiencing a night safari or early morning game drive.
Flexible routing based on wildlife movement (especially Great Migration in late April/early May)
