15th August – Nairobi - Amboseli.
Upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International
Airport you will be met by our airport
representative for short safari briefing,
Afterwards leave for Amboseli. The journey is
about 4 hours to arrive in time for lunch.
1530hrs – 1830hrs, enjoy Afternoon's game drive.
Amboseli lies at the foot of Africa's highest
mountain, Kilimanjaro (19,340 ft.) and very close
to the Tanzania border. The snowcapped peak of
Mount Kilimanjaro dominates every aspect of Amboseli. The snows of Kilimanjaro, white
and crystalline, form a majestic backdrop to one of Kenya's most spectacular displays of
wildlife - lion, elephant, leopard, rhino, cheetah, buffalo and hosts of plains' game,
creating Kenya's most sought after photographer's paradise.

16th August – Amboseli.
0700hrs – 1600hrs, enjoy full day game drives at Amboseli with picnic lunch boxes. Enjoy
game drives affording majestic views of Mt. Kilimanjaro weather permitting. Amboseli
sits right at the foot of Africa’s highest standing mountain of Mount Kilimanjaro. The
Park is also a home to the big mammals that include elephant, buffalo, impala, lion,
cheetah, hyena, giraffes, zebra, and wildebeests among other African animals.

17th August – Amboseli - Lake Naivasha.
After breakfast, drive to Lake Naivasha to arrive in time for lunch.
In the afternoon , head to the Crescent Island where you will enjoy walking among wild
animals, including gazelles, impalas, wildebeests, dik-diks, jackals, giraffes, zebras,
hippos, and waterbucks, as well as observing various bird species such as pelicans and
cormorants.

Distance: Amboseli – Lake Naivasha: 350 km / 5 hours.
18th August – Lake Naivasha – Lake Nakuru.
0600hrs, breakfast. Afterwards, leave for Lake Nakuru.
Have lunch at the lodge.
1530hrs – 1830hrs, enjoy game drive at Lake Nakuru
which is famous for its abundant birdlife. The Park
offers a great chance to see small groups of greater &
lesser flamingoes, pelicans around the shores of the lake
alongside abundant mammals that include endangered
Rothschild giraffe, black & white rhino, buffaloes,
waterbuck, elands, zebras among other species.

19th August – Lake Nakuru – maasai mara
0600hrs, breakfast. After breakfast leave for Maasai Mara to arrive in time for lunch at
your camp. 1530hrs – 1830hrs, Enjoy game drive at Masai Mara reserve which is known
for the big skies, open savannahs as featured in the film ''Out of Africa''. Also accorded
the status of the seventh wonder of the world because of the annual wildebeest migration,
where over 2 million of wildebeest cross from Serengeti to the Mara. Besides these the
reserve boasts of the ''big five'' (elephant, rhino, buffalo, lion & leopard) plus plenty of
plain wild animals that include zebra, giraffe, impala, topi, giraffe, Thomson’s gazelle,
hyenas, cheetah, jackal, bat-eared foxes and birdlife. No wonder it is the shooting sight
for BBC Big Cat Diary every year.

19th & 20th August - Masai Mara full day.
0630hrs, breakfast. Today you will do a full day's safari
from 0700hrs – 1600hrs with lunch boxes in Maasai
Mara as you follow the migration visiting the mara
river where this spectacular crossing happens. Maasai
Mara offers an abundance of herbivores, this makes
the ideal hunting ground for Kenya's famous ‘big cats'
and hosts her largest population of lions. Historically
teeming with wildlife, the Mara is famous for the large
herds of elephant and buffalo that wander its plains, and for the annual migration of the
wildebeest. Picnic lunch boxes in the reserve under a picnic tree.

21st August – Maasai Mara - Nairobi.
After breakfast leave for Nairobi. You will arrive in the afternoon at the end of your
safari where you will be dropped at the airport for your homebound flight.
