Dear Team,

Hope this email finds you well. I’d like to ask for a custom trip quotation based on my fixed travel dates:
We arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport at noon on 24 Sep and depart on the evening of 7 Oct.

Our trip plan:

6-day Kilimanjaro Whiskey Bar climb, with private toilet for our group on the mountain

1 rest day after descending Kilimanjaro Safari Mid range experience

We have 2 confirmed travellers, and are trying to add more friends to reach 4–6 people in total. Please send me individual all-in prices for groups of 2, 4 and 6 guests separately.

Please also note any peak season price changes for our September-October travel window in your quote.
Thank you, I look forward to your detailed offer soon.

Best regards,
Cindy
