We understand the originally scheduled hotel is fully booked. Could you please arrange an alternative hotel from the following list for us: Lake Nakuru Lodge, Flamingo Hill Tented Camp, Ziwa Bush, Sarova Lion Hill?
Please ensure the replacement hotel maintains the same service standard as the original one, and kindly inform us of the corresponding price adjustment (if any).

Kindly note that Lake Flamingo Hill is the one which changed to Egret
Savannah, Sarova Lion Hill is fully booked. Lake Nakuru lodge its extra 50
per person per night.

Ziwa bush lodge you get a reduction of US$ 20.00 per person.

Kindly advice which one we should book.

We confirm our hotel selection as follows: Amboseli Sopa Lodge, Ziwa Bush, and Muthu Keekorok Lodge. Please proceed with the bookings for these properties at your earliest convenience.
In addition, we kindly request the following information to facilitate deposit payment:
1. The final updated itinerary incorporating confirmed hotels and all adjusted details, along with a detailed corresponding price breakdown.
2. Accepted deposit payment methods and a copy of your business license for verification.
3. To further reduce transaction costs, could we negotiate the deposit ratio to 20% (we are open to discussion)? Please also clarify whether the intermediary bank fees will be borne by your agency, shared jointly, or covered by us.
4. Regarding the price adjustment for Ziwa Bush: We noticed that its average price on Booking is around $80 per person, while Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge is quoted at $120 per person, representing a price difference of over $40. The current quotation only reflects a $20 reduction; we would appreciate a further price adjustment to match the actual price gap.
5. We confirm that the remaining balance after deposit will be settled in cash upon arrival.
